Hi I'm Eric, a personal trainer for over 12 years that has helped people from all walks of life build a body they can count on. I see fitness as more than just a means of building muscle and burning body fat. Looking fit is great, but your body needs to be built strong if you intend to keep a healthy and active lifestyle. I've developed my training system to help you build a strong, athletic, and pain-free body.
